Here’s an old-timey cocktail that’s still just as relevant today. It’s dry, sweet and bitter. A perfect palate cleanser. A party for your tongue. A cocktail for the foodie, if you will.



30mL Gin

30mL Campari

30mL sweet red vermouth

Orange segment



  1. Start with old fashioned glass and a bar spoon.

  2. Pour in gin, Campari and vermouth.

  3. Pour in ice cubes and stir.

  4. Garnish with orange segment.
