Easter Choctail Recipe: White Chocolate Raspberry

Prefer white chocolate over milk or dark? We hear ya. This Easter, why not try this white chocolate and raspberry cocktail that will put other chocolatey cocktails to shame.

Ingredients

30mL white Crème de Cacao
30mL Chambord
1 tablespoon cream cheese
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup crushed ice
A handful of raspberries

Method

1. Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a parfait glass.
3. Garnish with a raspberry.
