Everything the distillery produces relates to the landscape and its bounty. The core gins of Ocean, Meadow and Mountain encompass the entirety of the wild Tasmanian landscape. At the heart of the Ocean Gin's flavour profile is wakame seaweed, which grows wild off the Tasmanian coastline. This aquatic addition lends the gin a salty smooth sophistication that Burgess says is designed to work as a simple sipping gin on ice, delivering a sense of the seashore and spray in aroma and taste.

The Dasher + Fisher Tasmanian Coastal Gin ... originating from the snowmelt of Cradle Mountain and delivered via the Dasher and Fisher rivers. 12 botanicals that uncover an abundance of wakame seaweed from the chilly Tasman Sea. Complex + layered, it has aromas of seaweed, ocean spray, and fresh rose petal with nori, jasmine and roast peanut flavours. So clean it can be served on its own, a dry Martini or garnish your tonic.
