Delivery and click & collect

Liquorland now offer a range of delivery options and Click & Collect. Every product online now features three new icons for Click & Collect, Delivery and In Store availability. If the icon is green, your item is available.

If you are new to us or want to change your store location; hover over the Click & Collect icon and set your store preference – you can also do this in the top blue header of our website.

To check the range of delivery options for a product, simply hover over the green delivery truck and view the pop up window with all available delivery options to your area. If you aren't logged in, simply enter your delivery postcode once you hover over the green delivery icon.

Our new icons are here to help you access our products in the most convenient way for you. Once you have finished your shop, simply choose your preferred delivery method or collection store during checkout.

Our team will pick and despatch your product as quickly as possible. Once despatched, you will receive an email notification to let you know that your order is on its way. Please ensure Liquorland is added to your email address book otherwise your order confirmation may go through to your junk mail folder.

Our delivery carriers will generally deliver during business hours before 5pm for Standard Deliveries, alternatively provide authority for us to leave it at a convenient location around your house/apartment (subject to availability in your state).

If you're concerned that you will not be available to receive your delivery during business hours we suggest, if possible, providing your work address as the delivery address or provide authority for us to leave it at a convenient location around your house/apartment.

Please note that unattended liquor deliveries are not available in some locations within Australia or for the following order types;

• 'Guest' checkout
• First orders placed using your account
• Express delivery

Customers in South Australia cannot have any order left unattended.

For orders where unattended deliveries can take place, you will have the option during checkout to give us permission to leave your order.

Please note that deliveries may not occur at an unattended address if any of the following circumstances apply (as assessed by our delivery partners at the time of delivery);

• The address is unclear, ambiguous or has a current re-direction or hold in place
• There is a risk that minors may access the alcohol
• The site cannot be safely accessed
• There is no secure location to leave the goods
• There is no suitable location to leave the goods that is not visible from the street or public view
• There is a possibility the goods will be damaged (e.g. due to weather, interference, damage by pets etc.)

As soon as your order is despatched we'll email you a unique Consignment Number which will allow you to track the progress of your delivery online.

Use your unique tracking number to check out the date our parcel is expected to be delivered, along with the opportunity to choose other options such as how and where you would like to receive it.

Yes, FREE delivery is available across Metro, Regional, and Express delivery options, subject to minimum spend thresholds:

• Metro: FREE Standard delivery is available on orders over $149
• Regional: FREE Standard delivery is available on orders over $199
• Express Delivery: FREE Express delivery is available on orders over $99

FREE delivery is calculated on the total of your order after all discounts have been applied. If this value is equal to or greater than the free delivery threshold, your order will qualify for free shipping.
