Foxeys Hangout believe great wines come from great vineyards. Healthy soil grows healthy plants and healthy grapes, allowing each site’s natural character to tell its own story through the wine. Sustainability is at the heart of everything they do and proud to be certified biodynamic by Australian Certified Organic. Theirs is the first winemaking facility on the Mornington Peninsula to receive this certification.

A very rich and complex chardonnay, but with tight acidity to finish. A little nutty, with some mineral and floral aromas, grapefruit and fig.
This wine will accompany rich food not just because it is itself quite powerful, but also because the acidity in the wine will refresh the palate. The oak in this chardonnay is important but seamless, adding complexity but not dominating.
