Product Details

From the makers of Australia’s No.1 Prosecco*, Brown Brothers Prosecco Brut Reserve is a light, crisp and refreshing sparkling wine from Victoria's cool climate King Valley. Produced by the Australian family-owned Brown Brothers winery in Milawa, this single vineyard Prosecco represents the pinnacle of the Brown Brothers Prosecco range, showcasing a refined and elegant expression of the variety.

It displays aromas of Granny Smith apple and lemon zest. On the palate, crisp fruit characters are complemented by fine, delicate bubbles that create a vibrant, balanced wine with a clean and refreshing finish.

Medium-bodied and dry, this Prosecco offers a more structured and sophisticated expression of the style, making it ideal for celebrations, special occasions and entertaining with friends and family.

Best served chilled and enjoyed now while young and fresh, Brown Brothers Prosecco Brut Reserve pairs beautifully with oysters, whitebait with lemon aioli, crumbed whiting or soft cheeses such as goat's cheese and camembert, where the wine's crisp acidity enhances flavour and balances richness.

28/10/2020Pale colour with a vigorous mousse. The aroma is likewise fresh, young and simple, clean and grapy, with lemony, almost lemonade-ike notes. There is a touch of passionfruit. The palate is young and simple, fruity and subtle, with a tickle of sweetness and some refinement and delicacy. A very good example of its type: a wine I could drink a few glasses of. (From the company's Banksdale vineyard)

27/10/2021Pale colour with a good fizz of bubbles and a passionfruit, lemon and yeasty aroma, which is high-toned, leading into a palate that is relatively low in sweetness but nicely balanced. It would be good served with a solid chill.
