Product Details

Grand Barossa Shiraz epitomises the premium international reputation for Shiraz which has made the Barossa Valley famous. This multi award winning wine is fabulously lifted and inviting, showing dark and purple fruit intensity with mixed spice, toasted nut, vanilla and olive notes. The palate is equally satisfying, delivering excellent fruit power as well as silky texture and fine tannins, making it very drinkable and highly appealing.

3/3/2022Deep and intense ruby-red colour in the glass. Mulberry, mocha and rosemary on the nose. Full-bodied on the palate, dark berries, coffee and anise notes fill the palate, a fine but focused tannin line drives it well, whilst a hint of dark graphite minerality lingers at the finish, which makes for a reason to revisit. A touch of warmth is noted but works in context

4/12/2024Dark red and youthful in the glass. Plump and ripe aromas of plum, mulberry, charry oak, spice and a woodsy earthiness. Full of dark fruit and dark chocolate flavours, along with some chippy oak and snappy acidity. A big, bold Barossa shiraz and pretty smart value
