Product Details

Devil's Corner Resolution Riesling is a vibrant cool-climate white wine sourced from premium vineyard sites across Tasmania. Named after the ship that once circumnavigated Tasmania, the Resolution range captures the influence of the island's rugged coastline, wild weather and bold winemaking. Showcasing premium fruit and exceptional vineyard sites, these wines balance cool-climate elegance with intensity of flavour, shaped by crisp coastal winds, dramatic storms and long sunshine hours.

Tasmania's long growing season and cool maritime climate create ideal conditions for Riesling, allowing flavours to develop slowly while retaining natural acidity and purity.

This Riesling displays lifted aromas of lemon and lime with distinctive mineral complexity. The palate is bright and precise, showing citrus flavours supported by crisp acidity and exceptional length.

Careful winemaking preserves the wine's aromatic purity and regional character while highlighting Tasmania's naturally vibrant fruit profile.

Perfect for seafood lunches, outdoor dining and entertaining, this Riesling pairs beautifully with freshly shucked oysters, salt and pepper calamari and Vietnamese-inspired dishes. Enjoy now or cellar for the next 9 years.

Aaron Brasher
22/7/2024Bright, youthful and vibrant in the glass. Complex aromas of brown lime juice, feijoa, grapefruit pith and candied ginger. Tight and focused with a drive of lime, lemon and pithy white stone-fruit. The acidity has real purpose and drive and there's a decent lick of phenolic grip rounding it out

*Wine Rank: #24 of 28 - 2023 Riesling from Tasmania
