We’ve always loved Prosecco. So we gave making one a go, and it turned out pretty darn nice. Whether it’s kicking off the evening, wrapping up the week or stretching lunch well into sunset, Innocent Bystander Prosecco delivers the kind of sparkling energy everyone wants nearby. Sourced from Victoria's King Valley - Australia’s spiritual home of the Italian varietal - this cool-climate dry-style Prosecco captures the bright freshness and effortless drinkability the style is loved for.

Pale straw in colour with soft persistent bubbles, this sparkling wine opens with aromas of citrus, melon, lemon, almond and a touch of honey. The palate is lively and fruit-driven, showing flavours of white peach, guava and zesty lemon zest balanced by a smooth creamy mid-palate and a crisp refreshing finish.

Fruit was harvested in the cool of night before gentle pressing and long cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserved freshness and aromatics. Aged on yeast lees for texture and completed using Charmat fermentation, the wine finishes bright, vibrant and very easy to drink.

This is Prosecco built for seafood feasts, crab pasta, ancient grain salads, spontaneous spritzes and absolutely no excuses whatsoever.
