Kellerei Bozen Pinot Grigio DOC 750 mL is an elegant dry white wine from Alto Adige / Südtirol, Italy, a renowned cool‑climate wine region. Produced by Kellerei Bozen (Cantina Bolzano)—a historic cooperative of over 200 local growers—this wine reflects the clarity, balance, and alpine character the region is known for.

The vineyards are located around Bolzano and the Renon plateau on alluvial and gravelly soils, where warm days and cool nights allow for slow ripening and excellent natural acidity. The wine is fermented and matured exclusively in stainless‑steel tanks to preserve freshness, purity, and varietal expression.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw‑yellow colour with subtle golden hues. Aromas of ripe pear, apple, and gentle citrus are complemented by light honeyed and mineral notes. The palate is medium‑bodied, dry, and well balanced, with fresh acidity, soft fruit flavours, and a clean, refreshing finish with a subtle savoury edge.
