Innocent Bystander Pinot Noir walks the line between cerebral intrigue and pure drinking pleasure without ever taking itself too seriously. Whole bunch fermented and matured in French oak, it delivers everything great Pinot Noir should - perfumed aromatics, bright berry fruit, silky texture and enough spice to keep things exciting.

Deep ruby in colour, this red wine opens with aromas of blueberries, boysenberries, cherries and earthy dried spice. The palate is plush and velvety with juicy red cherry fruit, hints of cola and spice, and fine silky tannins that glide through to a smooth elegant finish.

This is the kind of Pinot Noir equally at home beside mushroom and truffle pizza, duck ragu pasta or Chinese-style pork belly. Sophisticated enough for dinner parties, relaxed enough for a Tuesday night when nobody can decide what to drink.
