Meet Innocent Bystander Watermelon Spritz. Deliciously different and impossible to ignore. Packed with juicy watermelon flavour and lively bubbles, this wine was made for sunshine, playlists and the kind of afternoons that accidentally become evenings.

Bright pink in colour, the wine opens with aromas of freshly cut watermelon, green grapes and lemon rind before rolling into a palate that tastes like crushed ice watermelon slushy with a fresh citrus lift and beautifully balanced sweetness.

Made using perfectly ripened grapes and naturally derived watermelon flavour, the wine underwent cool stainless steel fermentation and Charmat tank fermentation to preserve freshness, bubbles and vibrant fruit character. Extended skin contact helped lock in colour while immediate cold bottling ensured maximum freshness and vibrancy.

This is not a wine for taking too seriously. It’s a wine for sushi platters, char siu pork noodle salads, triple cream brie and second rounds that nobody saw coming.
